On April 25, ETALEX had the honour of participating as a major partner in the 12th edition of the AQMAT Recognition Gala—an important event that shines a spotlight on the talent, innovation, and commitment found within Quebec’s hardware and building materials industry.
Held at the prestigious Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, this annual gathering brought together hardware retailers, manufacturers, buying groups, and housing industry experts from across Quebec to celebrate the passion and expertise of their peers. A total of sixteen awards were presented to individuals, companies, and products that stood out over the past year.
This year’s gala also marked AQMAT’s 85th anniversary, creating a moment to bridge the industry’s rich legacy with today’s economic challenges—particularly trade issues—and the future shaped by artificial intelligence. Through its inspiring messages, the event served as a reminder of the importance of solidarity and compassion in uncertain times.
