The installation was a major feat for the team, as they had to create traffic aisles that are wider at the top and allow two guide wires to pass through a single aisle.
Limited space meant that delivery and installation were somewhat complex; the team had to get 528-inch uprights through the dock doors via a very small receiving bay.
In all, the job required close to 400,000 pounds of steel for a total of 3,624 pallet racks.
This was a big, challenging job, but we got it done successfully and in accordance with the client’s requirements and constraints!
